Terms of Use

These Terms of Use and End-User Licence Agreement ("Terms") govern access to and use of the software application operated by The Zesty Lemon ("The Zesty Lemon", "we", "us") available at thezestylemon.ca (the "Service"). The Service supports our restaurant, catering, employee time-tracking, delivery and accounting operations.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is intended for authorized staff, contractors and customers of The Zesty Lemon. Staff and administrative access requires an account and, where applicable, multi-factor authentication. You must not share credentials or attempt to access data that does not belong to you or your organization.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including its integrations with Square, Google, or payment processors;
- Use the Service to store data you are not authorized to store.
3. Customer content
Content submitted through customer-facing catering, ordering and receipt pages (names, addresses, order details, payment references) is processed to fulfill the order and produce related invoices, receipts and delivery routing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including third-party integrations, without prior notice. We are not responsible for downtime or errors caused by third-party providers such as Square, Google, or payment processors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Zesty Lemon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to CAD $100.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how to request access to or deletion of personal information.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
